What Causes Lot Of Lip Droop, Burning, Numbness And Crawling Sensations On Right Side?

Hi! I am a 43 year old white, 241 lb woman. Since July 2010 I've been having a lot of lip droop, burning, numbness and crawling sensations on my right side. At times I've also had bad burning in my right temple, top of head and down back of neck. In the beginning the above sensations were also in my right limbs. I've been on neurotin since July. I've had numerous MRI's that showed a few white matter spots atypical for ms like diseases. No more whie matter has presented. Lumbar puncture and eye potentials were fine. Just got mri results showing Thoracic spinal stenosis on two herniated discs. Could this cause the sensations in my face?
