General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The systolic BP you shared is very high and not on lower side. The huge difference between systolic and diastolic BP if so needs evaluation to rule out valvular heart condition like aortic regurgitation. If both systolic and diastolic remain low, a baseline EKG to look for any heart block or any abnormal heart rhythm in between should be ruled out. Also, serum cortisol, electrolytes, thyroid, and sugar levels may be done to rule out endocrine causes. Supplements for B12 folic acid calcium and vitamin D3 may be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
