What Causes Low BP Along With Diarrhea And Black Stool?

I have low blood pressure and faint when it goes into double digits. Have modified medications a week ago. Many interacted. Am now constipated/ have diarrhea and black tatty stools. In the past I have had bleeding/anemia in stomach and colon polyps removed. I am so fatigued I can’t function. Have fainted and been hospitalized in last 6 months. I am depressed,living in daughter’shome and they are disgusted with me because I don’t come downstairs and move around. I am 80.
