Dear Doc, I am 28yrs old working womaolplease help me 2get solutions 2my health problems, I hv a very low blood pressure and seeing my health condition for the lasto1 week i think i hv jaundice here are my symptoms: 1) Dizzyness &weakneess 2) Loss ofAppeteite 3) Sleeping Disorders/Ireregular sleep cycle 4) Bad Stomach 5)Lastly Yellow and dry eyes I already got my checkup done few days ago but doctors wants me to domorer tests & all what should i do i hv already skipped work 4a week i hv2 go back 2work asap. .

To confirm jaundice do following tests

SGPT, SGOT, ALP, S. ALBUMIN, S. BILIRUBIN.

If they are altered along with the above symptoms, jaundice can be considered.

Then find out cause (viral / other) causes and treatment can be given accordingly.

Viral hepatitis treatment -
Low protein high calorie diet.
Other symptomatic treatment.
Rest is upmost important for hepatitis.

Other than viral hepatitis -
Treatment of causative factors along with above treatment.
