Hello Dr. Recently I was diagnosed with pre-diabetis, so I started a weightloss program and gto an exercise bike. I also have a kidney transplant and heart valve replacement (cow). The last couple of days my blood pressure is starting to go down and I feel quite lethargic. Also couldn t sleep til late last night. I didn t ride my bike yesterday but rode it 4 times in the last 6 days. Not sure if I will ride today. My Cardiologist increased my metoprolol succ er 25 mg to 2 at night. Think I may decrease it to just 1 tablet. Am concerned about what is happening to me.
