What Causes Low BP While On Heparin And Aspirin?
I was diagnosed with vertebral artery dissection yesterday. I was on heparin and now beeing released on Aspirin 325,Everything came back to normal, except BP kind of low 80/49.My usuall is about 90/60.Can I go to work tomorrow - I m a dentist , also planing trip to Europe the end of September , about 9 hours on the plane. Is it safe?

It is not due to heparin or aspirin. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. As of now drink plenty of water or salted fluids to keep your blood pressure at a normal range.
