What Causes Low LDL And Cholesterol Levels?
Hello, Low LDL levels are not concerning. They may be related to your diet (low in fat) or your metabolism. Your total cholesterol/HDL ratio is within the normal ranges and this means that there is no reason to worry about. I would just recommend eating food rich in omega 3 fatty acids (nuts, walnuts, fish, fish oil, etc). Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
