What Causes Low Blood Pressure Along With Disorientation?
I am in the hospital for 3 admission in the past 6 weeks of which I ve been home for a total of 8 days. My B/P has been dropping starting in Oct from 70/54 to Tues 48/28 and was unconscious for over 4 hours with each time this period gets longer and I m more disoriented for longer periods of time. The dr hospitalize wants to release me tomorrow, I will not go and proceed with a Medicare grievance. I do have numerous health issue

Based on the history you have shared, with such low blood pressures, the endocrine workup should be done including cortisol levels and Thyroid functions should be monitored.
Alongside blood counts, hemoconcentration levels etc should be monitored to rule out circulatory causes leading to low blood pressures.
A fluid challenge may be tried and response monitoring should be done. But with such low levels of blood pressure discharge from health facilities isn't recommended.
