Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I have read through your question and understand your concern. Sudden fall in blood pressure can be due to many reasons like vasovagal attack, dehydration, postural hypotension and also syncope. A low blood pressure without symptoms is not harmful but since you are experiencing symptoms like dizziness, it has to be assessed. Consult a physician and he may run a few blood tests and also EKG to rule out any cardiac etiology. Meanwhile, you should increase your fluid and salt intake and take caffeinated drinks to restore your blood pressure to normal.

I hope that answers your query. If you have any further questions, please feel free to write to me. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic.

Take care

Regards,
