I was prescribed metropolol for a panic attack 30 days ago(so Ive been on the drug for 30 days) my blood pressure before that was always normal , i do not like the way it makes me feel and it is not really lowering my bp (I take it daily), the cardiologist took sonagram and ekg all was normal has anybody ever been known to get off the drug...? the panic attack was the first ever and i know why it happened.....tell me your thoughts..I don t want to take any drugs if I don t need to...I would like to wean off if thats possible, thank you Carla
