Hi.I hawe low blood pressure in the morning from 7 until 12then from 12-15 or 16 hour is normal and then start raising 160/95-100 .I use enalapril 5mg.when is the best time to take medication?I have done the blood and stress test,ultrasound on heart and dopler and its OK.I notice that my blood pressure is hidh from stress but I still need to do something to drop down.I m 182 cm and 94kg.is there another medication to reduce stress
Usually blood pressure should raise after you get up in the morning. A lack of the vitamins B12 and Folate can cause a condition in which your body doesn't produce enough red blood cells (anemia), causing low blood pressure. If you are not having a sound and proper sleep that could be one of the reasons of decreased blood pressure. Also alcohol consumption can be reason for it.
