Sometimes after work (early evening) I am freezing, body aches like I have the flu and run a low grade fever. I go to bed, Sweat the fever and feel fine in the morning. I am fine all day at work. It is hot here in Phoenix and I don t think I hydrate enough.

Hello, In my opinion evening rise of temperatures should not be overlooked. It's advisable to get a complete blood count and ESR levels checked. Dehydration should be corrected with adequate intake of fluids. Do keep a check on your weight and appetite.
