Hi it looks your treatment for typhoid is incomplete.
In our OPD setup for titres like this we prefer giving full therapy in the form of Inj Monocef 1gm BD X 4 days, Tab Azithromycin 1gm OD X 5 days, Tab Amikacin 200mg BD x 5 days, Tab Paracetamol 500mg BD X 5 days, Tab Pantoprazole 40mg BD X 5 days
After the full course, your fever should subside in most cases, if not you will need an appointment in a hospital and get admitted for intense antibiotic therapy.
If fever subsides, get another workup done after 2 days for S.Typhi
Hope to have answered you sufficiently
