I understand your situation....
Neutrophils are the first line of defence against microbes or infectious agents....
Its normal range is around what you have mentioned which is established for your environmental conditions and climates...
Neutrophils have some variation with little bit more decreased in older age...
Looking to your condition if you do not have any symptoms or complaints....
you just follow up with repeat test....
Regarding eosinophils...which is increased in allergic conditions like allergic skin disease,
asthma...and parasites..many ....but it is commonly borderline increased in allergic
cold and
cough....
I think you should have your blood smear interpretation...which will guide regarding maturation or any other abnormality.....
Look for any
allergy....if you have.....get your peripheral blood smear examined....which will clears your doubts....
