What Causes Low Self Esteem Along With Social Anxiety?
I have client who show signs of low self esteem, as evidenced by non-confrontational when being (mildly) bullied, refuses to confront others when being teased , socially withdraws and cries easily, etc. Is this axis 1 diagnosis? should I use self-esteem Dx code or anxiety code /or both

Consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated. You have to undergo behavioural therapy and you will improve. Avoid unwanted stress and keep motivated.
