What Causes Low White Blood Cells Along With Chronic Constipation?

I have a low white blood cell count 3.2 and have had one cold after another this winter. Also, I have GI problems like chronic constipation and reflux. I always feel tired and achy. I saw a hematologist who didn t have an explanation for me. I am thinking auto-immune.
