Hello,

A uterine fibroid can cause pain during intercourse. For your symptoms with severe lower abdominal pain and back pain and feel pressure may be from your uterine fibroid or cyst that grows bigger. And abnormal vaginal discharge with blood stains can be from your multi-load or uterine fibroid. Your age can be manopause and the above symptom can be or not related to manopause.

For my practice on your reproductive age I will check pregnancy test, even you have IUD but it could be a mistake from IUD that not place in the uterus well. You should make sure that your IUD is in place by looking in an ultrasound. If the resulting negative I also follow up the side of your left ovarian cyst and your fibroid to make sure that it does not change the size. Tumor marker blood test including ultrasound is helpful also to rule out cancer.

Do you have any history of weight loss?

You should follow up with your doctor for re-evaluation especially, you have a family with cancer.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
