What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Total Hysterectomy?

i am female,55 years of age,have had a total hysterectomy in my early 20s,i have been getting pain in my left lower section of my internals,it started just annoying every now and then,then it progressed to aggravating achy type pain for a few months off and on,but now is sharp and burn kind of feeling and more constant,always in exact same spot,

Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Such symptomc can be caused by adhesions in the abdominal cavity causing partial bowels obstruction.
Especially if you have also gas obstruction, bloating, nausea, constipation.
I suggest you to consult your doctor. Abdominal ultrasound and an x-ray should be done at first. Colonoscopy should be considered.
