The pain in the lower abdomen and back pain you were experiencing is not related to
implantation, but could be due to the procedure you have undergone, that is IUI. Pain should subside by taking proper rest. Keep yourself well hydrated. You can take Tablet.
Paracetamol for pain if it is not tolerable.
Taking medications prescribed will definitely help you to prepare and progress with pregnancy if the egg gets fertilized by the procedure and gets implanted.
The pregnancy status will only be known through the
blood test determining serum beta-HCG levels as advised.
If the level has increased to substantiate levels, it indicates that you have conceived.
Further you need to get
ultrasound scan done to know weather the pregnancy is viable or not. Once
fetal pole and cardiac activity is detected by around 8 to 10 weeks, then it is confirmed that you have a viable gestation.
