What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Black Stool After Abortion?
I had an abortion a week ago, my stool is black from the start of the abortion and it has been a week already. During this time, I feel painful in my lower abdomen which is very much like the period pain. Please do tell me what is happening to me. Thank you!

You should immediately go to ER because you may become anemic from blood lose.
