What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

I am 33+3 weeks pregnant! I was admitted to hospital last week as I was having contractions, I was given nefidipin & steriods, the contractions are stopping but I have severe lower abdominal pain feel really sick, but haven't vomited, and I can feel my heart racing what could this be?

The pains u r getting false pregancy pains, the compliants u r saying are mostly pregnancy changes ..
