Hi, I m 39 year Old male, undergone for routine health check up. Where i have dignosed SGPT level is 80.4. Since long time i am suffering from gas trouble & some time stomuch pain near right side lower ribs portion. I am feeling drowsyness & tiredness. Please advice.
