What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Radiating To The Back?

Hello, I have been having pains on my lower right side of my stomach and it moves into my lower back. This had been happening for the last three days and seems to go away and come back quite often. At first I was concerned about appendicitis but since it goes away and comes back I didn t know if that happened. I have also been constipated and nauseous during these times

As per your query about abdominal pain which is radiating to back region can be due to infection in kidney, or renal stone. Is this also associated with painful or burning micturition, then chances of Urinary tract infection is more likely to be.

I suggest you to consult a physician for a proper examination with investigation like urine test for an accurate diagnosis. Take lots of fluids and cranberry juices.
