What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Radiating Towards Back And Nausea?

I m having lower abdominal pain on my right side. It started this morning and now is radiating to my lower back I m very nauseated and I have had diarrhea once also low grade fever the pain isn t unbearable but definitely about a 6 no issues urinating nor is it dark or smelly

There are a few possibilities here--a kidney stone, a gall bladder problem, a viral gastroenteritis, or even appendicitis. In any case you need to see a doctor for an exam, blood work, a urinalysis, and possible a ct scan of the abdomen
