What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain With Dizziness And Back Pain?

my 16 year old daughter has been complaining on and off for months of lower right abdominal pain ,dizziness, upper back pain(sometimes chest pain) we took her to her docter 2x and ended up taking her to the emergency room 2 weeks ago they did a barrium ct and told us it may be a cyst...2 weeks later she's still complaining...just got a call from the school and need to pick her up again.What can be causing this???
