What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?
hi i am having lower abdominal pain n a slight sharpness on right side of lower belly. i am also getting lower back pain and bloating and have had a metallic taste in my mouth what could be causing this could it be i may be pregnant? i have done 2 home tests n got negative but my HCG levels may b too low to tell.

1.If both urine and blood test are not positive then its not a pregnancy.
2.For evaluation of cause of pain, and confirmation of the pregnancy, i would have ask for a ultrasound abdomen pelvis for better evaluation of the situation.
3.Similar symptoms are seen in the gastro-enteritis, and any pelvic pathology.
4.Get an appointment with your doctor and gat a scan done.
