What Causes Lower Back Ache, Fluish Feeling And Rash Behind Ear?
Almost every evening my lower back begins to ache and I feel fluish. Four ibuprofen relieves it enough to sleep, but this has been going on for months now. I also suffer from IBS and have developed a rash behind my ear. The rash does not itch. Any ideas?
The backache in your case needs to be further evaluated since it does not resolve to standard analgesics.I advise you to get an MRI scan of your lumbar spine to evaluate any possible disc pathology like chronic disc prolapse/degeneration.This can help us to offer better and an early medical or required surgical management.IBS needs to managed with drugs like serotonin reuptake inhibitors along with good intake of dietary fiber.Rash behind the ear can be managed through topical antibacterial/antifungal creams, since it does not cause any systemic upset and ear discharge.Consult your doctor with regards to above. Thank you.
