What Causes Lower Back And Abdominal Pain Along With Itchy Nipples?

Hi I think I may be pregnant. It s hard to tell because my periods are irregular. I ve had weird stool problems. Half the time it s been diariah and the next I m constpaited. My nipples have been a bit itchy and my upper stomach hurts a bit. My lower back had has been killing me today and a bit this past week. I ve thrown up 3-4 Times the past week 1/2 what do you think?

Hi,

You need to get a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy.

Diarrhea alternating with constipation is not suggestive of pregnancy. Abdominal pain along with diarrhea and constipation can be due to gastrointestinal infection. Itching in nipples can be due to the local skin condition.

I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management.
