What Causes Lower Back And Abdominal Pain During 37 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
I am 37 weeks pregnant and I m a first-time mom. I have pain starting in my lower back going towards my lower stomach every 15 to 20 minutes for the past hour. I just either leaked fluid or peed myself not sure which. I dont know what to do and if i should go in to the hospital or not. Plz tell me.

Looking to the history as there is spasmodic pain in lower abdomen and having backache at regular frequent interval might be due to contraction of terus and starting of labor pain.
