Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I noticed some small blood stains on my undewear and when I urinated and wiped myself there was a small amount of fresh blood on the toilet paper. My urine appeared light yellow when I checked. My urethra feels a little bit irrititated. I have a nagging pain near my groin and lower back pain both on right side radiating down my leg which I have had for over 6 months
I have studied your case and history. From your symptoms there appears to be systemic disease which may be affecting renal system. There can be associated urinary tract infection. You may require good clinical examination from MD orthopaedic and urologist doctor.
He may advise you to investigate like Ultrasonography pelvis and abdomen. If required MRI spine will help. Spinal nerve compression can lead to radicular leg pain. You need to consult your treating doctor for further investigation.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you good health.
Take care.
