What Causes Lower Back Pain, Headache And Abdominal Cramps After Nexplanon Removal?

I removed my birth control (nexplanon) on July 11th. For the past week, ive been feeling nauseas, mild cramps on my lower stomach, lower back pain and waking up with headaches. What can be wrong? Yes ive had unprotected sex during the week but I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came out negative twice.
