What Causes Lower Back Pain, Sore Throat And Blood In Septum?

Hi i have a sore throat for 5 days it does not look too bad, but i keep getting a spot on the right side of my uvula about the same size and shape as the end of a pencil led. It comes and goes couple of times a day. I dont have cold or flu symptoms or chest infection . I coughed up blood clot . Sore wind pipe . Feel nausea . I have chroic lower back pain

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per you query you have lower back pain, sore throat and blood in septum well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to respiratory tract infection and impaired immunity of body. The symptoms can also occur due to severe chest infection . I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles several times a day. You should take small meals and avoid large and oily food. You should take plenty of fluids and multivitamins in diet. You should take steam twice a day. Consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order test like swab test , blood test, and viral culture test. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxiclav at least for 10 days along with decongestant. Maintain proper hygiene. Drink plenty of water and liquids.
