What Causes Lower Back Pain With Pins And Needle Sensation In Leg?

hi, i have been suffering with lower back pain for a few years on and off, it has come back again more pain full, i have pins and needles in my right leg sometimes feels like a hot poker sharp pains, also pain in right shoulder sometimes find it hard to lift arm up, but my right sometimes gives way and is very painfull i also have pain in my right hip sometimes find it hard to stand for a lengh of time or sit as it is painful to evern try and walk, my gp did an xray i have moderate arthritis in both hips, also pain in the knees, have also been getting alot of palpatations
