What Causes Lower Back Pain?

Hi, I've been experiencing lower back pain after a gym session 8 hours ago. I was doing squats after which i felt a slight pain/weakness. Throughout the day it gradually got worse and worse, and I cannot strand up straight without pain and my back no longer has its normal inward curve at the lumbar region. Now I've noticed my spine is now curving out dorsally at my lower back?
What should I do? Is it urgent?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.It could be a musculoskeletal pain after workup.
2.So get a muscle relaxant cream and ask some one to apply properly in a message way and a pain killer orally for a day - if the symptoms resolves continue for another day.
3.If the pain is more than 6-7 on the scale of 10, and not helping with muscle relaxant, we can suspect some thing serious.
4.Then you have to get an appointment or see ER depending on your pain status.
5.And get the need flu investigation done - lumbar spine AP/LAT.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
