What Causes Lower Back Pain, dark Urine, diarrhea And Slight Fever?

29 yoa male with lower back pain, dark urine, intermittent diarreah, low grade fever at times and fatigue. Recent MRI which indicated a small abnormality in left kidney which was attributed to small mass or area where dye didnt fill in and a thickened sigmoid colon. Urine test showed high level of protein though was told due to being on antibiotics could not be UTI. Blood panel indicated increased level of hemoglobin. Treatment has included levaquin, bactrim, flagyl, imodium to no real avail. Doctor seems to only attribute to diet; however, have always had very healthy eating habits.
