Doctor I m almost 63 years old an my symptoms are I have back pain pretty much all the time But now I have this feeling I am with that pain is so much pulling downward is the only way I can explain it from hip to hip. I can not make it the rest room it s like there is so much pressure pulling on my hips that I can t control or hold my bladder at all an getting up out of a chair or car anything I can t control my gas sounds, so embarrassing. I just moved to,a new state to be near my son in Tx an can t get an appointment with a neurologist for 3 more weeks. Please tell what could be going on with my back am hip bones? I advise you to undergo an MRI of spine for knowing any nerve impingement /compression.
Do regular exercise/physiotherapy and take a multivitamins for a month and observe and later go for an MRI scan.
Don't use a big pillow while sleeping. Avoid beverages and maintain your diet timings, avoid junk foods and drink lot of water. If still didn't subside then go for an ultrasound abdomen.
