General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Based upon you symptoms I can tell you that you are mostly suffering from urinary tract infection or food poisoning these are the two diagnosis based upon your symptoms.

I you were my patient I will first ask you to have an urine analysis and complete blood picture done to rule out infection. If there is infection then I will keep you on antibiotics.
If not we will give probiotics, oral rehydrating solution and acetaminophen to control your symptoms I will also keep you on metronidazole tablet on safe side.

Please feel free to ask any queries regarding this.

Thanks,
Dr.Alekhya.
