What Causes Lower Right Abdominal Pain?
I started feeling bad a couple of days ago with alot of pain in my lower abdomen and then boughts of diarrhea now although the diarrhea has stopped the pain is in my lower right abdomen. Worse when sitting or standing. Also very tender to the touch on the right side, was thinking I might have picked up a bug but no vomiting and only mild nausea when the pain is intense. Now not so sure what is going on?

If you have fever then it could be appendicitis or a renal stone..
If you don't have a high fever it could be a mild food poisoning or amoebiasis..
Take a course of antibiotic like metronidazole and if necessary anti spasmodics for pain..Avoid outside foods and oily foods for some days..
