thank you for posting query at HCM.

presentation of abnormal lipid profile (increased TAG),
most likely you have Fatty Liver Disease secondary to alcohol abuse and/or Overweight).

better to also rule out viral causes, so further blood tests needed:
1. HBsAg (if NOT vaccinated against HBV) 2. anti HCV 3. anti HAV

you should stricly AVOID alcohol until liver enzymes return to normal and intake should be minimum thereafter. better to avoid altogether.

meanwhile:
- REDUCE weight if obese/ overweight
- abstinence from "Alcohol and drugs"
- NO fat diet should be followed for 2 to 4 weeks
- NO red meat
- vegetables should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports), REST more.
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
- Liv52 maybe taken (consult hepatologist/ treating physician)

Repeat LIver function test and lipid profile after 6 to 8 weeks.

Health professionals aim to diagnose properly and manage patients according to their limited knowledge. Cure is blessed by the ONE who Created us, whose power and knowledge is unlimited .
wish you good health.
