What Causes Lower Right Abdominal Pain?
I have a very dull ache right side lower abdomen may be considered high groin area.
I have no swelling in the scrotum or feel anything odd. I examined my testicles and nothing seems out of the ordinary. It's been about 4 days and it comes and goes. No other symptoms. Any ideas?

I understand your concern. Your symptoms could be due to appendicitis, constipation, kidney infection, diverticulosis. I would suggest to consult internal medicine specialist and undergo examination, routine blood tests like CBC, ESR, urine tests and USG if needed. Specific treatment depend on cause. Meanwhile take tablet Diclofenac or Ibuprufen Tablet Dicyclomine. Eat healthy diet.
