At the start of august I started to feel a little under the weather. Two weeks later I was feeling fatigued, a little dizzy and having a intermittent difficulty breathing. I went to my GP and she said there was uninfected fluid in my ears and that it was most likely causing my feelings of vertigo. A week later, after having eaten a large meal, I went to the Emergency room because I feel abdominal pain and a feeling of something pushing out of my stomach which the ER doctors thought might have been appendicitis. I was kept over night and then checked out in the morning not feeling 100% but no more abdominal pain. A couple weeks later and the fatigue was practically unbearable, I would have gotten up in the morning and three hours later needed to lie down after having done practically nothing. I went to the ER and they did a physical examination of my abdomen, chest and did a chest Xray, everything including bloodwork checked out. Now my GP thinks I may have a case of asthma and some random virus for the other symptoms. Currently I have a sore throat, I need to clear my throat frequently and intermittent abdominal and chest pain (which I think is my esophagus). I also noticed my adam's apple is off center and I feel a lump in my throat when I swallow. Could this be throat or stomach cancer? I am 25, 6.0 feet tall, 145 pounds and a very active person.
