What Causes Lump In Throat With Constant Acid Reflux And Indigestion?

I have a constant lump in my throat. I have had massive blood work done and my MD doesn't like the size of my Thyroid, I have post nasal drip and I constantly have acid reflux, or indigestion. I wake up in the morning with an upset stomach, and I feel like I am choaking all the time.
On top of that I am always tired, in shape but my joints hurt, and I suffer from Depression. I am tired of feeling like this...it has been going on for 6 years.

Based on the facts of your query,You seem to have GERD with Globus feeling the throat with choking sometimes,and which is due to crico-pharyngeus spasm,secondary to acidic regurge with accompanied oesophagitis.
You need to check with your Physician/Surgeon to correct acid reflux first and check with your ENT Surgeon to rule out related causes with post nasal drip and globus throat feeling.
