What Causes Menstruation Biweekly With Severe Abdomen Cramps?

I had my period, like 3 weeks ago, after 5 days it was gone, but I stared to bleed again about a week ago but this time The blood was kinda Dark, very small amount tho, followed by orange color discharge and very painful cramps.. I know that I am HPV positive since 2010 and that I get cyst infection very often but I never really felt this way before.. What should I do?

Hi..
Welcome to HCM..
Before I answer the question I would like to know your age, menstrual history and present status of HPV..
It could be common irregular periods due to fibroids or hormone irregularities..
I advise you to go for Pap smear once agian and cervical biopsy to know any signs of abnormal growth of cells which is to be taken care of immediately..
If the cervical biospy doesn't show any cancerous cells, your gynecologist may treat it as irreguar menstrual bleeding after all investigations..
Go for a consultation ASAP..
Hope this information is helpful to you..
Take care..
