Hi,
Mesenteric
adenitis (of few millimetres) is a very common findings during abdominal ultrasound/CT done for any reasons. This is not related to urine debris, and we will take it significant only when the size is >1cm.
Urine of children may show some debris if allowed to dry on floor. Debris in freshly passed urine is not common unless the urine is quite concentrated(as in hot weather with inadequate fluid intake) or there is urine infection or
hematuria. In such cases, I used to get a urine routine examination done, if debris are still there after hydrating the child with oral fluids.
To comment on pain, we need more details like duration, frequency, exact location of pain, its severity, associated nausea/
vomiting. Mild to moderate pain around
umbilicus is very common in children, and is taken as normal(
functional abdominal pain) which they will overgrow as age advances.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
