What Causes Mesenteric Adenitis?
I started having asthma for few months now. I went to the er with signs of pancreatitis. After x rays ultra sounds and a ct scan and blood work and urine analysis. I was told it was mesenteric adenitis. But it has been 3 weeks with no relief. now I m having pain under my right rib that is worse after eating. Also the pain in my right hip area is sore(near the pancreas). But in I have intercourse it because so intense I cry... I can t help but feel this is all related. Blood work was normal.

I really appreciate your concern, if the condition is infective then it can be managed with antibiotic on tentative basis and best drug would be "Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid" twice in day along with this "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day can be tired too, (You have not mentioned your age and gender else something specific could have been thought) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
