What Causes Mid-size Rise In Arm?

I had a mid-size rise under my right arm for a number of months. Lately I noticed a brown substance that would drain out of it upon squeezing. I've been draining it for about two weeks now and it's gone down considerably. What I want to know is if it's harmful or if it means there's a health problem. Thank you

Yes this suggest problem.
This may be infected lymphnode or any gland. Needs aseptic precautions and cleaning with antiseptics. Better to get examined from your doctor once.
