What Causes Migraine Headache And Heaviness In Shoulder?
female age 47 with a 13 years diagnosis with RA, recently I have been souffering with a migraine headach starting from the back of my neck, reaching out my shoulders and feels like someone twist my neck from inside out. Then both shoulders look like someone weight liffting building muscles for competition. unable to complete my daily task.

Well migraine headache can cause the headache and even the heaviness in the shoulder as described by you.
But the cause of Migraine is not known though there are many hypothesis. My recommendation is adequate control of your Migraine. It requires medication and life style changes.
Lifestyle changes :
-- get good sleep. -- Don't starve or delay meals. -- Manage stress. -- Aerobic exercise.
Medications : Any simple pain killer taken at the onset on headache will abort the headache.
Certain medications like Sibelium if taken on daily basis for 3-6 months can reduce the frequency and intensity of headache.
Kindly ask your doctor for the prescription.
