What Causes Migraine Headache On Right Side Of Head And Temple?

MY 50 YO MALE FRIEND IS GETTING A MIGRAINE HEADACHE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS HEAD NEAR THE TEMPLE. iT IS HAS BEEN HAPPENING IN THE AFTER NOON OR EVENINGS MORE DAYS THAN NOT IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS. hE HAS COMPLAINED OF HEADACHES FOR A YEAR BUT NOT THIS SEVERE OR FREQUENT.

The symptoms not suggestive of migraine headache . considering the age and newly onset of severe headache ,we prefer to investigate the case for final diagnosis . We prefer MRI Head . You can consult with nearby neurolost .
