As you are not responding to these primary drugs, rizatriptan drug can be prescribed for headache relief... If still not helping repeat one tablet again after two hour... For sore throat salt water gargle or diluted betardine gargle can be done.. ASO titre should be done and if needed antibiotic prescribed...
