The cause of low sex drive is all other symptoms and once these symptoms are abated whe may regain a good sex drive. Hence It is important to find the exact cause of her other symptoms. Take an opinion of another Doctor as the previous one is not in a position to give you the diagnosis or proper management. The causes can be as follows: Migraine itself due to vasculitis or so. Low hemoglobin, proteins can cause weakness. Or other forms of chronic ailments like Autoimmune disease may have to be kept in mind and found out for. Coughing needs proper evaluation, investigations and management as this is causing her other symptoms. Give her Multivitamins, mineral and trace elements as antioxidants and replenish the deficiency of anything that is found out clinically or on blood tests. Change of atmosphere, place, outing may help if stress and anxiety are the causes.
